1. general
The terms and conditions apply to services rendered and the purchase of products in 7 Sense GmbH.

2. cancellations or no-shows
In the event of cancellation at short notice within 24 hours of the treatment appointment or in the event of a no-show, we will charge you the full amount of the booked service, with a payment deadline of 10 days.
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees in accordance with the statutory provisions. Should we be forced to initiate debt collection proceedings, all associated costs shall be borne by the customer. The customer undertakes to reimburse all dunning and collection costs, including legal fees and court costs. We are authorised to demand payment of all outstanding amounts. We ask our customers to make their payments on time in order to avoid additional costs and inconvenience.

3. delays
Please understand that we may not be able to serve customers who arrive more than 10 minutes late, depending on the order volume.

4. vouchers
Vouchers given to customers of 7 Sense GmbH are valid for 3 months unless otherwise stated.
Promotional vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and are transferable. Payment in cash is not possible.

5. actions/offers
Special offers and promotions cannot be combined. Certain offers can only be booked online and are limited in time.

6. complaints or defects
Complaints or defects must be made immediately or within 24 hours in person at the salon. Defects or complaints will be remedied in the form of the service performed. Compensation in cash is excluded.

7. no guarantee for self-cut and/or self-coloured hair
We would like to point out that we do not guarantee the correction service for self-cut and/or self-coloured hair. Self-cut or self-coloured hair presents specific challenges that affect the desired end result. In such cases, we accept no responsibility for any undesirable or inadequate results. Our stylists are experienced and qualified to help you with your hairstyle requirements, however the responsibility for the starting point of the hair lies with the client.

8. no liability for vehicles in the car park
Disclaimer: The company accepts no liability for damage, theft, vandalism or other incidents that may occur in the car park. Vehicles are parked in the car park at the sole risk of the vehicle owner.
